Sean 'P Diddy' Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman before "directing another gentleman to sexually assault her". The 54-year-old rapper , who is currently awaiting federal trial for charges of sex trafficking and racketeering , is set to be hit with another civil sexual assault lawsuit, according to attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd. The attorney said she is representing a new client who alleges she was sexually assaulted by Combs in 2018.

Mitchell-Kidd said her client is planning to file a lawsuit against Combs. The alleged victim, who has not been publicly identified, filed a police report after the incident, which did not lead to criminal charges. The new lawsuit comes after Combs was indicted on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He has denied these charges against him and pled not guilty in court. The rapper is yet to comment on the new lawsuit being brought by Mitchell-Kidd's client.
