IBADAN – The Director – General of Oyo State Signage and Advertising Agency (OYSAA), Mr Oludolapo Eso-Ajanaku has confirmed that the agency has put in place mechanism to keep the state’s outdoor spaces clean. Oludolapo Eso -Ajanaku made this known while briefing journalists on the successful outcome of the 39th edition of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Out of Home Advertising Association of Nigeria (OAAN), with the theme: ‘Redefining OOH Media in Nigeria: The Practice, the Business and Value Creation,’ held at De-Signature Hotels and Towers, Jericho, Ibadan. Ajanaku while answering questions from newsmen in his office on Wednesday said the agency is undertaking rigorous sanitation exercises to maintain a clean and organised outdoor ecosystem in Oyo State.

The OYSAA DG added that the agency would soon oversee the proper enumeration and reorganisation of billboards, removal of dilapidated and substandard structures and address the cluster issue that has plagued the state. He commended the State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde for providing enabling environment for businesses to thrive in the state. The State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde who was ably represented at the event by his Deputy Governor, Barrister Bayo Lawal said his administration has created an enabling environment that supports business growth, innovation, and the ease of doing businesses and that it would not relent until it achieves the vision of fully expanding the economy of the state.
