Netflix has ordered a second season of Owning Manhattan , the real estate series starring Ryan Serhant . The show looks at the glamorous, adrenaline-filled universe of high-stakes real estate in New York City. Cameras follow Serhant as he builds his brokerage and pursues the city’s most exclusive luxury listings.

The broker and CEO is joined by an ambitious army of agents on a mission to become the #1 brokerage in the world. Owning Manhattan Season 1 consisted of eight episodes and was produced by World of Wonder Productions. Serhant had previously starred on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York for nine seasons, which ended in 2021.

Owning Manhattan reached the Top 10 TV in 30 countries and spent two weeks in the Top 10 TV in the United States. Jonathan Nørmølle was let go by Serhant during the first season, while Savannah Gowarthy also exited the brokerage.

Cast members who are still working for Serhant’s brokerage and could potentially continue to be featured on the show include Nile Lundgren, Genesis Suero, Jordan Hurt, Jordan March, Jessica Markowski, Jess Taylor, Tricia Lee, Jeffrey St. Arromand, Chloe Tucker Caine, and Jade Shenker. The second season pickup for Owning Manhattan on Netflix comes after the streamer canceled .
