PaleyFest NY is lining up shows for this year’s event, starting with panels devoted to the 10th anniversary of Starz’s “ Outlander ,” one for HBO’s “Somebody Somewhere” and another for AMC’s “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol.” The festival will run from Oct. 16 to Oct.
