Amanda Owen issued a public statement to her fans, just weeks after she returned to screens with her new series, Our Farm Next Door , featuring her ex-husband Clive and their children, The Yorkshire Shepherdess, 50, and the rest of the Owen clan shot to fame on the Channel 5 series Our Yorkshire Farm in 2018. It followed the family as they ran Ravenseat farm in the Yorkshire Dales. The series came to an end in 2022, the same year Amanda and Clive announced their split after 22 years of marriage.

However, the former couple decided to reunite for a new series, which documents the family as they set out to restore a derelict farmhouse, Anty Johns, back to its former glory. Amanda and her family have been sharing regular updates on the show, however, the latest one turned out to be less positive as the presenter and writer issued a warning to her followers. The update, shared via Amanda's agent, Jo, was posted on her official Facebook page.

Her agent began: "Hi all, this is Jo, Amanda’s agent. Hope you’re all having a good weekend. It’s been brought to my attention these past few days that there are a number of FB pages springing up, which are passing themselves off as being in some way related to Amanda and/or the new series.
