“The investigation has determined that both motorcycles were travelling at extremely high speed prior to the incident,” OPP said in a release issued Thursday. “It has also been confirmed that speed was a contributing factor in the collision.” Advertisement 2 Story continues below This advertisement has not loaded yet, but your article continues below.
