Sunday, August 25, 2024 One&Only Reethi Rah presents a year-long Culinary Art Series, featuring Michelin-starred chefs creating exquisite, sustainably sourced menus until December 2024. The all-villa resort One&Only Reethi Rah has unveiled its Culinary Art Series, set to continue through the end of this year. This event will feature an array of culinary talents, from fiery chillies to the freshest seafood like lobsters and salmon en croute, with Michelin-starred chefs highlighting the uniqueness and regional flavors of their cuisine in special pop-up events on the island.

Through December 2024, a different renowned chef will take over each month, crafting a menu rich in sustainably sourced ingredients and elevated with the finest flavors. August Renowned for his work at Ossiano, Dubai’s top progressive one-Michelin-star restaurant, Chef Gregoire Berger will bring his ocean-inspired cuisine to Earth and Botanica. Guests will have the chance to explore his creative and artistic culinary vision through exclusive dining experiences.

October The series continues with Chef Andrew Walsh, the innovative mind behind Singapore’s Michelin-starred Cure, known for its global influences and contemporary cooking techniques. Chef Andrew will be taking over the Fire Restaurant menu and hosting an exclusive 4-hands dinner on the beach.
