A Gallatin, Missouri woman suffered serious injuries in a one-car accident Thursday afternoon. The Missouri State Highway Patrol Reports the accident occurred about a mile from Winston at around 4:56 p.m.
, as 78-year-old Sylvia J. Berry drove eastbound on U.S.
69. According to the crash report, her car traveled off the road, struck a street sign, hit the ground, went airborne, hit the ground again, and flipped. She was transported by ambulance to Cameron Regional Medical Center, and later by Life Flight to Truman Medical Center.
