The Onda Residences luxury condominium project in Bay Harbor Islands is officially complete, with the CMC Group and Morabito Properties project having received its temporary certificate of occupancy. Only three of the project’s residences are unsold; they are priced from about $5.1 million.

The majority of Onda’s owners are domestic buyers, backers noted in a press release. Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica designed the eight-story building, located at 1135 103rd St. Carlo Colombo and Paolo Colombo of A++ Human Sustainable Architecture designed the interiors, which are decked out with materials imported from Italy, while Enzo Enea of Enea Garden Design handled landscaping.

Coastal Construction is the general contractor. Condos range from two- to four-bedroom-plus-den floorplans and measure from 1,809 to 3,535 square feet. There are also four penthouses measuring up to 5,073 square feet, two of which have private rooftop pool decks.

All homes have an office/den, private and semi-private high-speed elevators, floor-to-ceiling, sliding glass doors and windows, tiled terraces with private gardens, open-floor layouts, Snaidero kitchens with Miele appliances, bathrooms with Italian marble and Milldue cabinetry, Italian flooring and air- and water-filtration systems. Building amenities include a rooftop pool deck and lounge area, fitness center with Technogym equipment, yoga studio and spa with massage rooms, steam bath and sauna rooms.
