Australia is welcoming back athletes from Paris 2024 after our nation's most successful Olympics ever. While many medallists flew home in style in business class, one teenage Olympian decided to give up her prized seat for a heartwarming reason. Australia's youngest ever Olympic champion , 14-year-old skateboarding champion Arisa Trew shared that unlike her athlete peers, she chose to sit in economy.

But the business class seat did not go to waste, with the teen having confirmed while walking around the plane with her friends she noticed business class was full, meaning that the teen gave up her seat to another passenger. "I definitely think somebody like else was sitting there but I don't mind," the gold medallist said.

Trew said that she spent all of the first 17-hour-flight back from Paris getting some well-deserved beauty sleep, "so it didn't really matter if (she) was in business or economy." But on the flight from Western Australia she shared that she and her besties spent it "listening to music, hanging out and talking.
