ROCHESTER — Olmsted County WIC and Olmsted Medical Center are working together to host pop-up clinics for WIC enrollment this fall. County WIC staff will help parents enroll in the program and access its benefits during these pop-up clinics at OMC's Northwest Clinic at 5067 55th St. NW in Rochester.
"Our goal is to make it easier for parents to enroll in WIC and start receiving healthy food benefits," Wendy O’Leary, Olmsted County's WIC program manager, said in a press release. "By bringing our services directly into the community through this partnership with OMC, we're eliminating barriers to access." ADVERTISEMENT The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children is a federal assistance program that can provide access to food and other nutrition resources.
The clinics will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. on these dates: Additionally, a pop-up clinic will be held from 8 a.
m. to noon on Monday, Oct. 14.
