The National President of the Performing Musicians Employers’ Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Pretty Okafor, has taken significant strides to strengthen the association. During a landmark visit to Ibadan, Okafor met with the Western Zone leadership, which comprised Zonal leaders, state chapter governors and chapter secretaries, to address member concerns, discuss challenges, and chart a course for future collaboration. The Zonal Governors extended the invitation to honour Okafor’s achievements, particularly, commending the ongoing PMAN Abuja project, the recent acquisition of the Nigerian Music House, and other infrastructure projects in progress.

They also pledged their support for PMAN under his leadership, recognising the positive impact of his accomplishments as president. At the meeting, which was by Acting General Secretary PMAN, Elizabeth Khara Gabriel, Comrade Kareem Azeez Osoba, immediate past Chapter Governor for Lagos State, Alhaji Tijani Adesina Fatai; immediate past Deputy Chapter Governor, Lagos State; Adekunbi Alamu Bamigbaye (Alhaji Fancy); Azubuike Enebeli and Henrie Eduozor; began with a warm welcome from Western Zone Chairman, Dr. Ola Jombo and his Secretary, Evangelist Remi Aderoju.
