Liam and Noel Gallagher confirmed their Oasis reunion on Tuesday , revealing 12 UK dates next year and two Dublin dates. The band will hit the road beginning in Cardiff and ending in Dublin and the gigs will form part of a world tour for Oasis, which is expected to earn the Gallaghers tens of millions of pounds. Liam and Noel posed in a new black and white photo together as the full details of their first shows in 16 years were announced at 8am.

And in a joint statement on behalf of Oasis, the brothers said: “The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over.

Come see. It will not be televised.” The OASIS LIVE 25 world tour will hit Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin in the summer of 2025 before heading to other venues outside Europe.

Tuesday’s announcement about the UK tour dates also states: "Plans are underway for OASIS LIVE 25 to go to other continents outside of Europe later next year." It did not go into further detail of countries they could play. The iconic band will play four dates at Manchester’s Heaton Park and another four at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Meanwhile, in Cardiff, the Gallaghers will storm the stage at Principality Stadium before taking Edinburgh’s Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium by storm. Over in Ireland, they’ll delight punters at Croke Park next August. Tickets for Oasis 25 Live go on sale on Saturday and the shows are expected to be the most sought after tickets in British music history.
