Oasis siblings Liam and Noel Gallagher's reunion will be "pointless" unless they can put the "negativity" behind them. Given their fractuous history relationship expert Diana Parkinson says it will be "awful for everyone else involved with them" unless they "grow up" and communicate before they undertake their newly announced shows next year. "It will be awful for anyone else involved on stage with them [if they are fighting]. And also the audience will pick up on that negativity. So it's pointless.

"It's about sharing music. Music can be wonderfully uniting and exciting, and [if] they can appear united, they're helping the audience to be united, not only while they're watching the performance, but also when they go home," she reflected. "Because it's quite ridiculous.

If they're going out for a tour they're going out there to share the pleasure of their music. It's really important that they are connecting with their audience.
