The legendary band, led by feuding brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher, last performed together in August 2009.

Now, the Mirror h as revealed that the siblings are back on speaking terms, and their reunion is poised to spark unprecedented demand for music tickets in the UK. Reports suggest that Oasis could headline Glastonbury and perform shows in London and Manchester. There's even talk of them taking over Wembley Stadium for a record-breaking 10-night run, surpassing the eight dates Taylor Swift played during her Eras Tour this summer.

This would also overshadow the two gigs their Britpop rivals Blur held at Wembley in 2023. The Gallagher brothers' notorious rivalry culminated on August 28, 2009, when Noel, the band's lead guitarist and primary songwriter, quit just before a gig in Paris. Since then, former Oasis guitarist Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs, who remains friends with both brothers, and Liam's fiancée, Debbie Gwyther, have been encouraging them to reconcile.
