STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Hundreds of affordable housing units in four different Staten Island apartment buildings are now accepting lottery applications, according to NYC Housing Connect – and several of the residences are described as having “waterfront views.

Construction is still underway; no completion date has been offered. “HPD remains dedicated to building more affordable housing throughout New York City, and strongly encourages people to apply to this exciting Staten Island opportunity,” noted NYC Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) Deputy press secretary Natasha Kersey.
