[+] options. NuPhy Keyboard maker NuPhy continues to up its game with a slew of new mechanical keyboards and the latest model to join the ranks is the NuPhy Nos75. This is an all-aluminum keyboard with a sleek, low profile and an ANSI 75% layout.

It’s the closest you’ll find to a bespoke keyboard that uses a whole new generation of low-profile switches. The Nos75 is a non-wireless model which might be a dealbreaker for some people, but I have warmed to using wired keyboards as there are no latency issues or battery to worry about. For those of us who use desktop computers like a Mac mini, it’s an ideal keyboard.

All the switches on the Nos75 are hot-swappable which means faulty switches can be easily replaced. In developing the Nos75, NuPhy worked with switch maker Gateron to develop the N1 nano. This is a new generation of low-profile switch that feels more like a full-height model.

Hidden beneath N1 nano’s slender dimensions is a surprising amount of travel distance; it’s 3.4mm, which is the same amount as the Cherry MX Speed Silver. The keycap designs for the NuPhy Nos75 includes the Mayan Inspired set with special keycaps inspired .
