Three men are on the run while a fourth fights for his life following a fiery high-speed crash in Sydney’s southwest . On Monday night, NSW Police released images of three men they believe can assist with their investigation into a two-vehicle crash on Davies Road in Padstow about 10.40pm on Sunday.

WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE: Three men on the run after fiery high speed crash Know the news with the 7NEWS app: Download today A white Audi was allegedly seen driving at high speed before colliding with a silver Nissan Pulsar, causing the luxury car to burst into flames. “It looks like the silver Pulsar is turning right, and possibly due to the speed of the white Audi, a collision has occurred in the southbound direction,” Detective Inspector Jason Hogan said. Police were told the occupants of the Audi - believed to be three men aged in their 20s - had fled the scene before officers arrived.

The Audi was not reported stolen but had recently been taken for a “test drive” and never returned to the business, police say. The driver of the Nissan, a 38-year-old man, was treated at the scene before being taken to St George Hospital in a critical condition. One witness claims he was almost hit by the Audi minutes before the collision.
