RUTH Langsford has admitted she is "not a bit sorry" in her latest social media post about her shared dog with Eamonn Holmes, Maggie. The Loose Women star and the GB News presenter called it quits on their marriage earlier this year after Ruth was understood to have found messages to another woman from Eamonn behind her back. At the heart of their split has been their adorable pet dog Maggie who has been spending time with both Ruth and Eamonn over the past few months despite them leading incredibly separate lives.

Despite this, in recent weeks, fans have begun to notice a lack of updates on Maggie from Eamonn's social accounts which he has put down to the 14-year-old pooch having recently undergone an operation. The Sun previously told how Eamonn is 'expected' to lose custody of Maggie and that the exes had been having "difficult conversations" regarding Maggie's future . Maggie underwent a procedure to remove a growth and Ruth has since shared a slew of snaps of them together at home.

Over the weekend, Ruth made it abundantly clear that Maggie was still very much with her and in her home as they spend time together with Ruth's mum. She shared a light-hearted post of Maggie cuddling up to the mother-daughter duo for some cuddles but joked that her mum could have been less than impressed. Alongside the post, Ruth quipped: "Another afternoon nap for Grandma disturbed!!" She then shared another post where Maggie gazed up at Ruth as she added the caption: "Not a bit sorry!!" Eam.
