The hotel where X Factor and Union J star James 'Jaymi' Hensley's fiance Oliver Marmon died have released a statement. "Whilst the hotel remains open, the management and staff are shocked and saddened at the tragedy that has unfolded at our historic venue," a spokersperson wrote on Facebook . "Our thoughts are with family and friends of the victim at this terrible time.

" Marmon plummeted from a third-floor window at the Hind Hotel in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire on Sunday. Despite emergency responders rushing to the scene at around 11:30pm, he was pronounced dead by 12:30am Monday. Tributes have been pouring in on Oliver's final social media uploaded on July 28, with one fan commenting: "Rest in peace angel.

" Another praised Oliver being a "beautiful man and so so kind and thoughtful". They added: "In shock and devastated for Jaymi. Fly high.

" Another expressed grief over his passing, writing in the comments: "Everybody is so sad we have lost you im looking back at your pictures you are so beautiful and sweet you will be very missed. fly high olly your gonna make the sky so gorgeous." In a significant new update on Oliver's case, Northamptonshire Police have decided to release a 34 year old Rushden man who was arrested under the suspicion of murder without any charges filed against him.

The unexpected change in the case followed the findings from an autopsy conducted on Tuesday, August 13 at Leicester Royal Infirmary. The preliminary results showed that injuries consisten.
