A cinema and nightclub have been forced to shut after “building issues” were discovered. The Kingswest Centre in Brighton , home to nightclub chain Pryzm and cinema chain Odeon, has had to temporarily close while the issues are rectified. “We're working round the clock with the building owners and council to get this fixed ASAP. We'll keep you posted on when we can welcome you back home to PRYZM.” All upcoming events at the club, in West Street, are on hold and refunds will be given automatically, Pryzm said.
Odeon said: "This cinema is currently closed for repairs. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and look forward to welcoming you back soon." Steinbeck and Shaw also stated that they had to shut for the same reasons regarding the building.
