NICK Knowles today revealed how weight he has lost from doing Strictly rehearsals. It comes after The Sun exclusively revealed how the DIY SOS star, 62, has been forced to pull out of tonight's live show after falling and hurting his knee. Nick , who is now on crutches, has now revealed his incredible weight loss, following gruelling Strictly rehearsals.
The slim star - who is partnered with Luba Mushtuk - said he has lost a whopping TWO STONE, whilst preparing for the live shows each week. Revealing rehearsals are "tougher than rugby", Nick talked about how he's been shedding the pounds whilst he trains for Strictly. Speaking to The Times , he said: "I can feel myself transforming from a very heavy bloke lumbering around the room to somebody who is becoming lighter and more elegant on his feet.

The TV star injured himself after falling when he did a jump during a dress rehearsal – leaving him on crutches. It is the second injury to blight Nick on Strictly after he injured his shoulder and arm while changing a car tyre.
