It comes after it was reported that the DIY SOS star, 61, has allegedly signed up for this year's Strictly Come Dancing . The 'Strictly curse' has been responsible for several high-profile breakups over the years, with celebs sometimes falling for their professional dance partners.
Comedian Seann Walsh was caught kissing his dance partner Katya Jones in 2018, despite being in a relationship at the time. Also in 2018, Stacey Dooley , who was in a steady relationship before joining the show, fell for her dance partner Kevin Clifton and the couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Minnie, last year, reports the Mirror . However, Nick's girlfriend Katie, 34, is said to be confident in their relationship and doesn't fear the curse.
A friend told The Sun: "Katie isn’t worried about the curse. "After Nick signed up for the show they joked about it, they’re very confident in their relationship. Obviously Katie is stunning and Nick definitely isn’t looking elsewhere - why would he? This is nothing but a job for him.
