Miss South Africa Mia le Roux will be returning to her hometown of Oudtshoorn in the Western Cape this weekend. This will be her first visit to the Klein Karoo town since being crowned Miss South Africa, and the occasion will be marked with a street parade and various other events.

Le Roux is expected to visit an ostrich farm, attend a special canapé dinner at the Cango Caves and have afternoon tea with representatives from Oudtshoorn schools. She will also visit those in rural areas and outlying towns such as De Rust, Dysselsdorp and Calitzdorp. Greater Oudtshoorn Local Municipality Mayor Johan Allers said: The Oudtshoorn municipality, as well as the residents of the Greater Oudtshoorn area, appreciate Miss South Africa visiting her hometown.
