An opening date for the Bullring's new New York-style coffee shop has been announced - and coffee fans don't have long to wait. The branch of Blank Street Coffee will open outside of the shopping centre, in St Martin's Walk, near to Zambrero and Banana Tree. The new store will officially open on Saturday, September 7, from 6.

30am, following calls from locals to bring the brand to the Midlands. The cafe chain, which started life in 2020 as a coffee stand in Brooklyn, has various locations in London, Manchester, New York, Boston and Washington D.C.

In their first two years in the UK, Blank Street has built a fanbase through its menu, which includes its viral matchas such as white chocolate and blueberry, and staples such as specialty cold brew and the classic flat white.
