Naini Habitat Developers Private Limited (NHDPL), a real estate firm specializing in hotels, housing, and townships, has announced a strategic partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to launch the Ramada Resort and Residences in Nainital, Uttarakhand. This franchise agreement underscores NHDPL’s commitment to elevating the hospitality experience in the region.
Pankaj Gupta, Director of Naini Habitat Developers Private Limited, expressed that this partnership showcases their enthusiasm for introducing the globally renowned “Ramada by Wyndham” brand to the scenic leisure destination of Nainital. The Ramada Resort and Residences by Wyndham Nainital will feature approximately 155 keys, including villas, and will offer a range of amenities such as an All-Day Dining & Bar Lounge, Banquet Halls, Lawns, Meeting Rooms, a Fitness Centre, a Swimming Pool, and Recreational Facilities. Currently a greenfield project, the resort is slated to open in 2027.
