The project officially broke ground on September 3, 2024, at the corner of Central and Adams in downtown Phoenix, with the four-star, four-diamond property set to open in Fall 2026. This 236-room luxury hotel, built by Mortenson and designed by renowned architectural firm Gensler, will elevate downtown Phoenix’s hospitality scene.
