The accommodations are geared towards those either in or connected to the US Air Force Academy. The hotel boasts comfortable rooms and suites for visitors. There's also the ability to get work done, with WiFi and conference rooms for business meetings.

It's projected to be complete and open around November 2024. The Hotel Polaris is adding three flight simulators, which guests can use to "practice" landing a Boeing 737-Max.
