A NEW holiday park is set to open in the UK with enough space for hundreds of guests. Development work has already started on the site, with internal roadwork being constructed. Despite only being in its early stages, the Partington Group have already described the holiday park as being "aspirational escapism" as reported by local paper Place North West . Once Windy Harbour eventually opens to the public, it is expected to feature 495 lodges as well as a three-storey hotel with more than 100 rooms on its 166-acre site.

There will also be a luxury spa , a wellbeing centre with a leisure facility and a reception block. Windy Harbour will have plenty of amenities, including a pool , gym, running tracks, a bar and restaurant as well as an indoor golf course. The new holiday park is being built by the Partington Group — a family-run business who already own another site called Windy Harbour Holiday Park.
