TELLY’S Baby Reindeer has been ruled potentially libellous — allowing the “real life Martha” to press ahead with a £132million case against Netflix. Scottish lawyer Fiona Harvey said the hit show, watched by 50million viewers worldwide, had defamed her. Ms Harvey, 58, said she was identifiable and subject to “brutal lies”. She has never been convicted of stalking the show’s creator Richard Gadd , 35. In July, Netflix filed a motion to throw out the case, but a Californian court has now ruled against it.
