The NBI director said that they will also thoroughly look into the complaint. The 23-year old actor, the son of former child celebrity Niño Muhlach, filed the complaint against two individuals before the NBI last week. GMA Network previously said it has received a formal complaint from Sandro against the two independent contractors, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.

Meanwhile, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, the legal counsel of Nones and Cruz, issued a statement saying the allegations do not mirror the true accounts of the event and that they reserve the right to respond in a proper forum when they receive a copy of the formal complaint. According to a separate report on Balitanghali, the Senate Committee on Public Information and Mass Media is also seeking to investigate the case of sexual harassment against an artist of GMA Network.
