THE MOST wonderful time of the year is almost here and the National Trust has revealed what it has planned for Christmas in Worcestershire. So far, Hanbury Hall, Greyfriars House and Garden and The Firs have revealed their festive schedules. All National Trust venues will be fully decked out in Christmas decorations.
Greyfriars House and Garden Greyfriars will be part of the Worcester Victorian Fayre between November 28 and 30 and will be decked out in Tudor finery and festive decorations. The Old Oak Café will be serving hot and cold drinks, and seasonal treats, while the second-hand bookshop will have an assortment of handmade gifts. The chilling M.

The Firs Father Christmas will be at the birthplace of Elgar for two weekends in December. The Firs will host the man in the big red suit from December 13 and 16 before he returns on December 20 to 23 along with some of his best elves and a present for every good boy and girl. The youngsters will also get the chance to help sort out Father Christmas’s letters and parcels in the sorting office ready to be delivered in time for the festive season.
