Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is set to launch its first mystery cruise since 2019. On November 12, Borealis will set off on an 11-night journey from Southampton , with all its destinations kept secret until arrival.

While on board, passengers can join astronomers from Go Stargazing to observe the night skies from the ocean, where light pollution is minimal. In 2025, Borealis will embark on a mystery cruise from Portsmouth in November, while Bolette will set off on a seven-night journey from Liverpool in December. Clare Ward, commercial and product director at Fred.

Olsen Cruise Lines, said: "We’re very excited for the return of our Mystery Cruises. We know they are always a fantastic experience for our guests, combining the beauty of cruise travel with the added anticipation of surprise, as they venture into the unknown. "The sense of anticipation builds from the moment the guest steps foot on board.

They’ll have to wait each day to find out whether the Captain is guiding them north or south, perhaps to somewhere they’ve always wanted to visit or an undiscovered gem. "While the itinerary is a surprise, guests can be certain that the on board experience will be just as they expect with warm, attentive service, delicious cuisine and quality entertainment ." Passengers booking Fred.

Olsen's mystery cruises by October 31 can enjoy a free drinks package. Borealis’ 11-night S2425 ‘The Fred. Olsen Mystery Cruise’ will depart from Southampton on November 12, with prices start.
