The tourist, who has not yet been named, was found dead on Tuesday night and was taken to Famagusta General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Cyprus cops said they received a call about the man at around 9pm on Tuesday night.

They added that criminal activity has been ruled out. State pathologist Aggeliki Papetta was unable to find anything from his post-mortem. Samples from the dead man's body were sent to a lab for testing.
