Bengaluru: Myntra, the Flipkart-backed lifestyle e-commerce platform, is testing a new quick delivery service in select areas of Bengaluru, aiming to deliver products within just two hours. Dubbed "M-Now," the pilot programme is currently available in a few Bengaluru pin codes, offering a limited selection of products as part of the trial. Myntra is closely monitoring the results to determine the feasibility and scalability of the service.
Based on the insights gathered from this pilot, the company plans to expand M-Now to additional locations. The M-Now initiative is part of Myntra’s ongoing efforts to enhance its customer experience by improving delivery speeds. In 2022, Myntra had already launched M-Express, an express delivery service designed to deliver products within 24 to 48 hours across metro cities.
However, with the success of rapid delivery services in various sectors, Myntra is now testing even faster delivery times in an effort to stay ahead in the competitive fashion e-commerce market. "We launched M-Express earlier, towards enhancing the customer-experience with regard to speed and have been experimenting with a pilot for faster delivery in a select few pincodes.
