A CHEAP kitchen ingredient has become a staple in one woman’s routine for nurturing her knee-length hair. Zelda confessed she isn’t loyal to any other beauty product when it comes to haircare. The 23-year-old YouTuber , from Savannah, Georgia, has racked up over 46,000 subscribers by sharing hair-related ASMR content.

Speaking to The U.S. Sun, she revealed how her tresses grew nearly five feet long.

Zelda confessed it’s difficult to recommend a specific hair growth product because her collection is so vast. “My hair cabinet consists of at least 50 products, all from various companies with different purposes,” she said. “I don't subscribe to any one company or product.

“I'm always changing up what products I use, and I love experimenting with new oils and brands.” She revealed coconut milk in a metal can is the only product she’s used consistently for the past five years. “It's not a hair product, but a kitchen ingredient,” she said.

“The best kind is unfiltered and ‘first pressing.’ “It won't work for everybody, but it seems to be a great moisturizer for my hair type.” Zelda said supplements can promote hair growth but she has stopped taking them in favor of focusing on a healthy diet.

“Women's supplements in particular usually contain a lot of biotin, which is theorized to be an important vitamin for hair, skin, and nail growth,” she said. “I've taken these women's multivitamins for many years, but nowadays, I'm trying to incorporate mor.
