Face yoga is a technique that promotes lymphatic drainage from the neck up. By giving lymphatic fluids a nudge, those who practice can experience less bloating and swelling in the body. Rosoff revealed her top three facial exercises for a slimmer schnoz.

Her "finger pressure nasal compression" simply requires using the hands to move excess fluid out. "This technique helps reduce nasal swelling, improve blood flow, and relieve sinus pressure," she said.

Rosoff starts with cleansing her face before applying a "light facial oil or serum."
