A BEAUTY fan has shared a dupe for a beloved, more expensive body wash. She explained that despite the cheaper price tag, the products were nearly identical. Richelle Robinson ( @richellerrobinson ) shared the beauty tip in a TikTok video.

She compared Personal Care's body wash in the scent in coconut vanilla to Native's $10 Coconut Vanilla version , a body wash that is adored by influencers. Richelle explained that while the Dollar Tree version only cost her $1.25, she realized that the ingredients list matched up.

"It's pretty much the same," she said. "They might use different surfactants, etc., etc.

.. but it's literally the same thing.

" She added that she also didn't notice a difference in her shower experience. "If you close your eyes, you won't be able to tell the difference at all." While the Native version smelled a "bit nuttier" to her and the Dollar Tree version leaned more "coconut with some sugar," she reiterated that they were "literally the same.

" While the Native body wash is sulfate-free, however, the Dollar Tree dupe is paraben-free. After testing the two products on the back of her hand, she revealed that the consistencies were the same as well. "They smell the same on the skin," she added.

Viewers thanked her for the helpful demonstration video and the recommendation. "I'm gonna be stocking up on the Dollar Tree dupes because I'm broke," said one commenter. "We all broke.

Go get them," replied Richelle. "I always thought I'd never use cheap stuff for my bod.
