Marks and Spencer shoppers have been left disappointed after discovering that a beloved Percy Pig product has been discontinued. The retailer has decided to stop selling its popular Percy Pig Phizzy Chews, much to the dismay of fans who are now calling for their return. The decision to axe the Phizzy Chews was part of a range shake-up that took place in July but many of the sweet treat's fans are only just noticing they can no longer get them.

And many have now taken to social media to express their disappointment and demand their return. Brad raised the subject on X asking the firm: "Have you discontinued Percy Pig Phizzy Pig Chews?!?! I've been into 5 different stores now and they are nowhere to be seen! They were my all time favourite sweets and i don't know what i am going to do without them!" And Liz from M&S came back to confirm the decision saying: "Hey Brad, thanks for getting in touch! I've had a little look but it seems we're no longer selling these anymore, I'm afraid. I've shared this with our Food Team and let them know you'd like to see these back!" Percy Pig sweets first hit the shelves in M&S in 1992 and quickly established themselves as a favourite in the store's confectionary range.

A number of spin-off products from clothing and accessories to cakes and different varieties of the sweet quickly followed. The Phizzy Chews were first made in 2020 but have now joined the list of other now discontinued varieties including Rosy Noses, Percy's Pig Sty and Percy in.
