Internet personality has recently been slammed with an egregious accusation that has garnered her much backlash from her fans. Ava, who came out transgender in 2023, became a streaming sensation by co-hosting successful YouTube channel home to 300 million subscribers. She is now stepping away from all that amid allegedly interacting inappropriately with a minor.

The former allegedly sent inappropriate photos to someone underage, whom she met for the first time when the person was 13 and she was 20, according to the Daily Mail. Ava was allegedly introduced after the child had won an online competition, connecting when Ava, ahead of her transitioning She allegedly “spent years communicating with the fan on public online forums before meeting in person when the teen turned 16 years old,” according to the news publication. Since the allegations have come to the forefront, Ava has used her platform to shut down the accusations.

Before Ava defended herself through a series of posts on X, formerly Twitter, she kicked off her string of tweets with an apology. “I would like to apologize for any of my past behavior or comments if it hurt or offended anyone. It was not my intent,” Ava wrote.
