Police have launched a murder investigation after a house fire claimed the lives of a mother and her three young children. The fire started in the early hours of Wednesday, with emergency services called shortly after 2am. A 29-year-old woman did not survive the fire at the house in Bradford, with her death declared at the scene.

While her three children - two daughters aged nine and one, as well as a five-year-old son - were rushed to hospital but died of their injuries. As reported by the Manchester Evening News , the victims have been identified as Bryonie Gawith, Denisty-mai, nine, Oscar, five and Aubree, one. Thinking of you at this difficult time. Have fun in heaven. We will miss you.

" West Yorkshire Police previously confirmed the death of the 29-year-old woman at the location of the fire, while announcing the passing of the three children in hospital. They have apprehended a 39-year-old man on suspicion of murder, who was found at the site, and is now in hospital with serious injuries. Police said they believe the fire was 'deliberate'.

Neighbours and friends have been leaving floral tributes and touching notes at the residence on Westbury Road in the Westwood Park area of Bradford, as reported by the Mirror . A heartfelt tribute was left at the scene, with one message readin.
