October 04, (THEWILL) – Oba Hafeez Olakunle Badiru, the Elejigbo of Lagbansa Kingdom, has inaugurated Angel’s Centre and Park. The centre, which aims to promote sustainable economic development and enhance Nigeria’s entertainment, hospitality and sports infrastructure, is located at Owode, Salvation Estate, Ajah, Lekki, Lagos. During the inauguration, Oba Hafeez Olakunle Badiru highlighted the centre’s potential to create direct and indirect employment opportunities and stimulate growth in ancillary businesses.
He also prayed for the prosperity of businesses in the area and emphasised the importance of community support for healthy and viable enterprises. He, therefore, noted that the facility is designed to host a wide variety of events, ranging from music performances and fashion shows to business meetings and weddings, with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility. The Chief Executive Officer, Mr Alalied Miebaka Solon, expressed his gratitude to the monarch and other dignitaries for their presence and support.
He shared that it took him 10 years to bring his vision of the centre to life, overcoming logistical challenges along the way. With a 12,000 seating capacity, the venue is projected to host over 200 events annually and is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including a pharmacy, fitness centre, sports area, restaurant and bar. The event attracted numerous notable guests, including royal fathers, chiefs and the Chairman of Eti-Osa East .
