Police are on the hunt for three men who broke into a luxury store in Melbourne and stole more than $550k worth of designer handbags. CCTV footage showed three men dressed in black breaking into the luxury store inside a shopping centre in Glen Waverley in Melbourne’s southeast last month. It’s believed the men parked a silver 2008 Range Rover Discovery on Sneddon Rd shortly after 2.

30am on 16 September. The trio, dressed in all black, forced entry to the shopping centre on O’Sullivan Rd before breaking into the luxury store. Once inside, they smashed the display cabinets and stole more than 20 Hermès handbags.

The three men then fled the scene and drove away in the silver Range Rover. Police have released mages and footage of the incident “in the hope that someone with information will come forward”. “Detectives are keen to speak to any witnesses or anyone that may have been in the area at the time,” police said.
