Molly-Mae Hague couldn't wait to get married and start a family with Tommy Fury - but her sister was more cautious about her dreams. The Love Island couple, who are parents to one-year-old daughter Bambi, announced the shock news of their split on Instagram on Tuesday. The devastated influencer said she "never imagined" their fairytale would end, "especially not in this way", while boxer Tommy said he will "forever be grateful to Molly" for making him a dad.

The pair met on the ITV dating show in 2019 and had a whirlwind romance before getting engaged last year. In her 2022 memoir, Becoming Molly-Mae, the star wrote that the thought of Tommy being the father of her children one day made her "so beyond excited". She said they talked about marriage "literally every day".

But Molly's big sister Zoe was more hesitant about the couple having a family so young, and was 'always' reminding her of this. In her cameo in the book, Zoe wrote: "Molly has a very exciting future ahead of her. I can tell this is only the start.

She and Fran [Molly's manager], working together, will have some great ideas planned. I know Molly is excited to have a family with Tommy one day, although I always tell her not to rush!" Elsewhere in the book, Molly said she and Tommy wanted to "have a baby soon". She wrote: "We share goals for the future, too; we both want kids relatively soon and that is really because when you're with someone and it feels so right, the next stage you see is having kids with them.
