10. Hugh Harrington was last seen near the Place d’Orléans shopping centre at about 7 p.m.
that day, a police news release said. Harrington was described as a white male standing approximately five feet 10 inches (178 centimetres) tall and weighing 140 pounds (64 kilograms) with a medium build. He has blue eyes, shoulder-length red hair (usually up in a bun) and a full beard.
