The Minnesota Vikings are facing the Philadelphia Eagles in their final preseason game and it started off with a bang. Quarterback Jaren Hall led the Vikings down the field going 6-of-7 passing for 36 yards and an eight-yard touchdown to wide receiver Trishton Jackson . Trishton Jackson hangs on for 6! : @FOX9 pic.

twitter.com/Vu3sF8KYnh Jackson has been excellent this preseason. He started off against the Las Vegas Raiders with a 100-yard receiving performance and catching a 45-yard touchdown from J.

J. McCarthy . He ran a beautiful double move to create separation and that gave McCarthy the ability to lay it in for an easy score.

Against the Cleveland Browns, Jackson's touchdown came from quarterback Nick Mullens on the opening drive of that game. Mullens threw a perfect ball on a fade-stop for a score. Jackson showed really nice awareness by getting his feet down and not panicking in a tight space.

The touchdown from Hall was a little easier as it came on a slant/flat concept. Hall waited for the linebacker to clear the window and he fired it in with ease as Jackson boxed out his defender. Jackson was a bubble guy going into the preseason and was also someone that had an outside shot at earning a WR3 job.

After playing well in all three preseason games while catching a touchdown from three different quarterbacks, Jackson has sealed himself a roster spot. This article first appeared on A to Z Sports and was syndicated with permission..
