Thiruvananthapuram : LSG minister M B Rajesh has directed the immediate closure of illegal pig farms in Poovachal grama panchayat. Action should be taken immediately as per the order of the sub-divisional magistrate in this regard, he said. The Poovachal People’s Movement Committee had approached the minister with a complaint against the pig farm.
Following this, the minister instructed the Poovachal grama panchayat secretary to implement the order immediately.
