Y. — A fleet of hippie buses has taken over a quirky village in Upstate New York. But don’t worry, travelers: The only parking spots the colorful, miniature vehicles take up are on sidewalks throughout charming Saugerties , a community recently named one of the 10 best small towns in the Northeast.

The hippie buses are part of “Groovin’ Around Saugerties” — a summer street art display in the Catskills village. Local artists painted each of the 37 buses into unique sculptures perched on pedestals on the side of Saugerties’ streets. The theme of the village’s yearly street art show coincides with the 30th anniversary of Woodstock 1994, which was held in Saugerties.
