The 65-year-old Reservoir Dogs star tied the knot with DeAnna, 64, in 1996 and they share three children - Kalvin, 27, Luke, 18 and Hudson, who committed suicide at just 26 back in January 2022 while stationed in Hawaii for the U.S. Army.
Madsen filed the divorce petition on Wednesday, citing irreconcilable differences and adding that he actually has been separated since January 2022. He claimed in the petition that he believes DeAnna's, 'neglect, drinking and alcoholism' contributed to Hudson taking his own life. The Kill Bill star also alleged he has been in a, 'abusive, co-dependent, and toxic relationship' with DeAnna, which culminated in his domestic violence arrest last month.
