Mercedes-Benz India, on Wednesday, announced that it has sold 5,117 vehicles in the third quarter of this year, marking a robust 21% growth. In a statement, the carmaker noted that this was its highest-ever Q3 sales and year-to-date (YTD) sales in India for 2024. The record Q3 sales contributed to achieving the highest January-September YTD sales for 2024, totalling 14,379 units, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 13%.

The luxury carmaker's impressive sales results are attributed to both newly launched and existing models, alongside an enhanced retail customer experience. Santosh Iyer, Managing Director & CEO of Mercedes-Benz India, said, “Our best-ever Q3 and highest YTD sales performance is a testament to the continued trust of our customers in Mercedes-Benz as the most desirable luxury brand in India. This significant success in an otherwise challenging market underscores the strength of our appealing products, our elevated service experiences, and the unmatched value proposition of our financial services.
